Adds two new consumer voting members to the opioid prescribing work group who are suffering from chronic pain, intractable pain, or a rare disease or condition.

Maintains existing work group composition including representatives from medical, pharmacy, nursing, dental, mental health, law enforcement, health plans, and medical examiner positions.

Preserves three nonvoting members from the Department of Human Services, Department of Labor and Industry, and medical assistance program.

Continues payment of $200 honorarium per meeting plus mileage and parking reimbursement to voting members in attendance.
