Appropriates $11,000,000 to design, construct, furnish, and equip renovation of the monorail structure as an elevated pedestrian trail at the Minnesota Zoo.

Appropriates $5,000,000 to design, construct, furnish, and equip renovation of the animal hospital at the Minnesota Zoo.

Appropriates $10,000,000 for capital asset preservation improvements, infrastructure and exhibits betterments, and authorization to replace poor condition buildings and construct/renovate trails and roads at the Minnesota Zoo.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $26,000,000 in state bonds to fund these appropriations from the bond proceeds fund.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
