Amends Minnesota Statutes to allow housing infrastructure bonds (up to $30,000,000 in aggregate principal) to finance acquisition, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, or new construction of single family housing.

Adds single family housing as a new eligible use (clause 7) alongside existing uses including supportive housing, rental housing, senior housing, and federally assisted rental housing.

Requires housing infrastructure bonds to be qualified 501(c)(3) bonds or tax-exempt bonds under the Internal Revenue Code for financing affordable housing projects.

Maintains existing agency requirements to balance loan distribution between metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, with further balance between smaller communities (population 20,000 or less) and larger communities.
