Appropriates $390,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Chisago County under the solid waste capital assistance grant program

Funds will support predesign, design, construction, renovation, and equipment of the Chisago County household hazardous waste facility

Project includes enclosing areas for additional warehouse space, constructing cold storage space, building a publicly accessible recycling area, and upgrading boiler and mechanical systems

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $390,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Becomes effective the day following final enactment
