Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2021 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Project Success

Grant funds must be used to expand participation in programs providing students with innovative experiential learning opportunities, career and college exploration, and occupational and personal goal setting

Allows grant funds to supplement and enhance existing programs and expand Project Success participation

Requires Project Success to submit a report by January 15, 2022 to legislative committee chairs and ranking minority members detailing programs offered, participants served, program outcomes by site, and a detailed expenditure list
