Adds requirement for school performance reports to include the percentage of students who graduated in the previous school year and correctly answered at least 30 of 50 civics test questions under section 120B.02, subdivision 3.

Requires reporting of two separate student-to-teacher ratios that clearly indicate the definition of teacher consistent with sections 122A.06 and 122A.15.

Maintains existing school performance reporting requirements including student academic performance data, academic progress, school safety, rigorous coursework, career and college readiness benchmarks, English learner progress, and student demographics.

Requires the commissioner to develop, annually update, and post school performance reports on the department website by September 1 each year, or by October 1 in years with new performance standards.

Effective the day following final enactment.
