Repeals the mandatory registration requirement for unlicensed electrical workers performing electrical work under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician.

Removes language requiring unlicensed individuals to register with the department as a condition of performing supervised electrical work.

Eliminates the one-year expiration and annual renewal requirement for unlicensed individual registrations.

Removes unlicensed individual registration from the fee structure for license and renewal fees under Minnesota Statutes section 326B.092.

Maintains requirements that unlicensed workers must work under direct supervision of a licensed electrician, with licensed individuals supervising no more than two unlicensed workers (or three for technology circuits or systems work).
