Enacts the Uniform Registration of Canadian Money Judgments Act in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 548, allowing simplified registration of Canadian court money judgments for enforcement purposes.

Permits persons to register Canadian judgments in Minnesota court administrator's office by submitting authenticated copies, judgment details, interest calculations, and filing fees, without requiring separate legal action.

Registered Canadian judgments receive the same enforcement effect as judgments recognized under existing foreign judgment law, but enforcement by property sale, seizure, or garnishment is prohibited for 31 days after notice is served.

Allows persons against whom a judgment is registered to petition the court within 30 days to vacate the registration based on grounds that could deny recognition or procedural non-compliance with registration requirements.

Provides that persons may seek recognition of Canadian judgments either through this registration process or under existing foreign judgment recognition procedures, but not through both methods simultaneously for the same judgment.
