Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 198.006 to authorize the commissioner to provide dental services for residents of veterans homes.

Changes language in subsection (a) from "shall work" to "must work" with federal, state, local, and private agencies to develop supplemental care programs for veterans.

Adds new subsection (b) authorizing the commissioner to work with federal, state, local, and private entities to make appropriate dental services available to veterans homes residents.

Permits the commissioner to engage with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to support the dental benefits program authorized under the statute.
