Waivers available only for traditional residential buildings for individual or organizational use, meeting houses, and one-room educational buildings.

Applicants must submit form identifying the building, tribe membership, and how code requirements conflict with their tribe's religious beliefs, traditional practices, or teachings.

Buildings with granted waivers cannot be sold or leased unless brought into code compliance or the buyer or lessee obtains their own waiver.
