Appropriates $250,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education in fiscal year 2021 for a competitive grant program.

Eligible applicants include school districts, charter schools, intermediate districts, cooperative units, and joint powers districts.

Website must include a feedback mechanism for teachers to provide comments and ratings on sample curricula, with the first shared curricula posted online by January 1, 2021.
