Requires the State Historic Preservation Office of the Department of Administration to issue a historic structure credit certificate to the Minnesota Museum of American Art for rehabilitation of its Center for Creativity facilities.

Qualifies the project for the tax credit under Minnesota Statutes section 290.0681 if the project is consistent with the historic character of the certified structure as determined under section 47 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Credit certificate may be assigned to an entity other than the Minnesota Museum of American Art.

Effective beginning in the taxable year the project is placed into service and for the four taxable years thereafter.
