Authorizes pharmacists to dispense HIV PrEP without a prescription after completing board-approved training, requiring patients to test HIV-negative within 7 days and meet clinical criteria per CDC guidelines.

Authorizes pharmacists to dispense HIV PEP without a prescription after completing board-approved training, requiring exposure within 72 hours and patient screening consistent with CDC guidelines.

Requires health plans to cover PrEP and PEP dispensed by pharmacists under the same terms as prescription drugs, with limits on out-of-network coverage and a 60-day supply cap per 2-year period for PrEP without a prescription.

Requires the Board of Pharmacy to establish a website providing information on PrEP and PEP availability and requires medical boards to inform licensees of these options for high-risk patients; includes coverage under medical assistance.
