Amends Minnesota Statutes section 134.34 to define "drag queen story hour" or "drag queen story time" as a children's event where a drag queen reads stories or books to children or engages in learning or educational activities with children in a library setting.

Reduces regional library system support aid from the Department of Education by 100 percent for any public library that hosts a drag queen story hour event, beginning in calendar year 2021.

Makes public libraries that host drag queen story hour events ineligible for regional library basic system support aid from the Department of Education.

Requires that support aid withheld from libraries hosting these events be reapportioned equally among the other public libraries in the same regional public library system.
