Amends Minnesota Statutes section 144A.291, subdivision 2, to eliminate separate fee categories for "health services executive initial license" ($200) and "health services executive renewal license" ($200) from the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports fee schedule.

Renumbers remaining fee categories (items 11-20 become items 9-18) to account for the removal of the two health services executive license fees.

All other licensing fees remain unchanged, including application for licensure ($200), initial license ($250 or $100 depending on issuance date), renewal license ($250), and continuing education sponsor registration ($1,000).

Appropriates $467,000 from the state government special revenue fund to the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports for fiscal year 2021 operations, with a base of $722,000 for fiscal year 2022 and $742,000 for fiscal year 2023.
