• Adopts recommendations from the 2020 Workers' Compensation Advisory Council affecting self-insurers, group self-insurers, and workers' compensation procedures

• Modifies funding requirements for group self-insurers with 5+ years in existence to maintain common claims fund at the greater of one year's claim losses or one-third of security deposit

• Eliminates requirement for certified public accountant financial statements in group self-insurance approvals effective January 1, 2021

• Expands occupational disease and mental impairment presumptions for emergency responders, correctional officers, and security counselors exposed to infectious diseases

• Establishes public access to workers' compensation insurance coverage data through individual employer inquiries and prohibits commercial use of such data
