Authorizes the city of Chaska to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for events at Athletic Park located at 725 West 1st Street in Chaska.

License applies to events occurring annually between May 1 and August 30, excluding high school amateur events.

City of Chaska is deemed the licensee and subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 340A.603 and 340A.604, as if the establishment were a municipal liquor store.

Licensed premises may consist of non-compact and non-contiguous space provided all space is included in the approved license application.

License authorizes sales on all days of the week and becomes effective upon approval by the Chaska City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021.
