Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 268.085, subdivision 8, regarding unemployment insurance eligibility for school contractors.

Wage credits from employers under contracts with elementary or secondary schools are subject to subdivision 7 requirements if the contract is for services the school could have performed with its own employees.

Exempts wage credits earned by private employer employees from subdivision 7 requirements when employment involves bus or food services provided to schools.
