Metropolitan Council must submit a report on the transit taxing district to legislative transportation policy and finance committees by February 1, 2021

Report must provide an overview of the transit taxing district under Minnesota Statutes sections 473.446 and 473.4461

Report must review fiscal structure including annual revenue and expenditures from tax levy, general obligation bonding authorizations and issuances, and the council's capital improvement plan

Report must identify annual tax collections from each political subdivision within the taxing district by property classification and analyze transit service levels in subdivisions within, at the border of, and outside the taxing district

Report must evaluate options to improve transit service equity throughout the council's jurisdiction
