Allows applicants to request a mental health identifier or autism spectrum disorder identifier on their Minnesota driver's license or state identification card upon written request.

Requires the written request to be submitted at the time the photograph or electronically produced image is taken for the license or card.

Prohibits the commissioner from including any specific medical information on the driver's license or identification card, only a graphic or written identifier.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement section 171.07, subdivision 6a, and adds a new subdivision 6b to Minnesota Statutes 2018 section 171.07.
