Creates a presumption that COVID-19 is an occupational disease for licensed peace officers, firefighters, paramedics, nurses, health care workers, correctional officers, emergency medical technicians, and child care workers for first responders, if contracted on or after the day following final enactment.

Requires COVID-19 contraction to be confirmed by positive laboratory test or documented diagnosis by a licensed physician, physician's assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse.

Presumption can only be rebutted if employer or insurer shows employment was not a direct cause of the disease; denial of liability must meet requirements under section 176.221.

Requires the commissioner to report detailed COVID-19 workers' compensation claims data to the Workers' Compensation Advisory Council and legislative committees with jurisdiction over workers' compensation by January 15, 2021; paragraph (f) sunsets May 1, 2021.

Authorizes the commissioner of labor and industry to extend the CAMPUS system implementation date beyond August 31, 2020, if COVID-19 delays warrant, with notice published in the State Register at least 60 days before the new implementation date.
