Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.211 to modify emergency prescription refill requirements for pharmacists when the governor declares a peacetime emergency.

During a peacetime emergency, pharmacists may dispense up to a 90-day supply of legend drugs (instead of the standard 30-day limit) if six conditions are met, including patient compliance history and inability to contact the prescriber.

Removes the 12-month frequency restriction on emergency refills during a peacetime emergency, allowing pharmacists to dispense the same drug to the same patient multiple times as needed.

For controlled substances, pharmacists remain prohibited from refilling prescriptions without prescriber authorization during an emergency, except seizure disorder medications which may be dispensed up to a 7-day supply.

Emergency prescription dispensing authority under this provision expires at the end of the peacetime emergency declared by the governor and becomes effective the day following enactment.
