$1,025,000 appropriated for Phase 1 to reconstruct the middle portion of runway 2/20 and construct drainage improvements at Rochester International Airport.

$3,400,000 appropriated for Phase 2 to acquire property, mitigate sites, relocate roads, remove taxiways, reconstruct runway 2 southern portion, and install lighting and signage.

$4,100,000 appropriated for Phase 3 to extend airport fencing, construct runway 2 extension, reconstruct taxiways, install lighting and signage, and acquire instrument approach improvements.

$625,000 appropriated for Phase 4 and $1,025,000 for Phase 5 for taxiway B reconstruction, extension, and associated improvements including lighting and signage.

$1,225,000 appropriated for Phase 6 to reconstruct taxiway and runway intersections and remove multiple taxiways; up to $11,400,000 in state bonds authorized to fund all phases.
