Appropriates $13,852,000 from the TANF fund in fiscal year 2020 to provide a onetime cash benefit of up to $500 for each household enrolled in the Minnesota Family Investment Program or Diversionary Work Program.

Requires distribution of funds through existing systems in a manner that minimizes burden to families.

Appropriates $92,000 from the general fund for administrative costs associated with distributing the cash benefit.

Appropriates $6,000 from the general fund for information technology costs to administer the cash benefit.

All appropriations are designated as onetime only and become effective the day following final enactment.
