$1,200,000 appropriated from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for grants to the city of Oronoco for land acquisition, easements, design, and engineering of a wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment system serving Oronoco and the Oronoco Estates Manufactured Home Community.

$19,184,000 appropriated from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for construction and construction-related engineering of the wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment system and associated water distribution improvements.

No nonstate match required for either appropriation; any remaining funds from the design and engineering phase may be applied to construction purposes.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $20,384,000 to fund the appropriations, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Bill effective the day following final enactment.
