• Extends the cancellation date for unobligated funds in the COVID-19 Minnesota fund from May 11, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

• Any unobligated money in the fund after June 30, 2021 cancels to the general fund.

• Transfers any money that was canceled from the COVID-19 Minnesota fund to the general fund in fiscal year 2020 back to the COVID-19 Minnesota fund.

• Allows the commissioner of management and budget to disburse or transfer funds to state agencies for COVID-19 outbreak response and maintaining state government operations during the peacetime emergency.
