Authorizes statutory and home rule charter cities to enact ordinances that include pesticide application warning information and pesticide prohibitions, with their own licensing, penalty, and enforcement provisions.

Prohibits cities from enacting ordinances with pesticide application warning information more restrictive than what is provided in state statute.

Bans application or use of pollinator-lethal pesticides within city geographic boundaries, defined as pesticides with a pollinator protection box on the label or pollinator precautionary statement in the environmental hazards section.

Exempts pet care products for fleas, mites, ticks, and heartworms; personal care products for lice and bedbugs; and indoor pest control products including ant bait from the pollinator-lethal pesticide prohibition.

Requires the commissioner to maintain a list of pollinator-lethal pesticides on the department's website.
