Amends Minnesota Statutes section 507.18 to expand protections against discriminatory restrictive covenants to explicitly include "national origin" alongside existing prohibitions on covenants based on religious faith, creed, race, and color.

Makes discriminatory restrictive covenants void regardless of when the underlying written instrument was executed, with the remainder of the instrument remaining fully enforceable.

Defines "protected class" as any class of persons identified by race, color, creed, national origin, or religious beliefs.

Establishes a statutory form that property owners may record with their county recorder to permanently discharge and release restrictive covenants affecting protected classes from the property title.

Requires the form to be notarized and include the legal property description, recording date, document number of the original restrictive covenant, and compliance with all recording requirements and applicable fees.
