Amends Minnesota Statutes section 82.69 to require real estate licensees to clearly and conspicuously display the brokerage name in all advertising.

Changes the standard for brokerage name display from "more prominently displayed than the licensee's name" to "clearly and conspicuously display" in subsection (a).

Allows salespersons or brokers who are part of a team or group to include the team or group name in advertising only with primary broker authorization.

Requires the real estate brokerage name to be clearly and conspicuously displayed more prominently than the team or group name when both are included in advertising.
