Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.19, subdivision 1, to modify pharmacy licensure requirements in Minnesota.

Requires out-of-state pharmacies to obtain proof of licensure or registration from their home state before Minnesota licensing is issued or renewed.

Mandates out-of-state pharmacies dispensing to Minnesota residents maintain a toll-free telephone service at least 6 days per week for 40 hours minimum, with the number disclosed on drug labels.

Requires out-of-state pharmacies to dispense medications for long-term care residents in unit-dose packaging upon request or comply with section 151.415, subdivision 5.

Mandates that pharmacies operating via website and dispensing legend drugs must be verified by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
