Expands school-age care program eligibility from kindergarten through grade 6 to kindergarten through grade 12, effective for the 2019-2020 school year and later.

Increases the levy rate for school-age care programs from $2,318 to $12,590 per resident pupil unit, effective for revenue in fiscal year 2021 and later.

Establishes school-age care revenue for fiscal year 2021 and later equal to approved additional costs of providing services to children with disabilities or children experiencing temporary family or related problems who participate in school-age care programs.

Limits school-age care revenue for fiscal year 2020 to eligible expenditures for students in kindergarten through grade 6 only.

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund to the Department of Education for school-age care aid in fiscal years 2020 and 2021.
