Requires all public school grades kindergarten through grade 12 to present at least one hour per year of personal body safety instruction known as "Erin's Law."

Mandatory instruction content must include information on good touch, bad touch, private areas of the body, speaking to trusted adults, and not keeping unsafe secrets.

Department of Education must provide this instruction information electronically to schools by September 30 of each year, beginning September 30, 2019.

Appropriates $899,000 in fiscal year 2020 from the general fund to the Department of Education for implementing "Erin's Law," with school districts and charter schools receiving $1 per pupil based on average daily membership in the 2018-2019 school year.

School districts may also include broader child sexual abuse prevention instruction in health curriculum covering recognizing abuse and assault, boundary violations, grooming tactics, and strategies to promote disclosure and reduce self-blame.
