Repeals Minnesota Statutes sections 333.50, 333.51, and 333.52, which made unauthorized use of the name and mark "portorama" a misdemeanor crime.

Eliminates the criminal penalty for persons or entities using "portorama" or confusingly similar names/marks without authorization from the Duluth Jaycees.

Removes the injunction authority that allowed courts to restrain actual or threatened violations of unauthorized "portorama" use.

Effective the day following final enactment.
