Secretary of state shall prepare written materials for landlords containing information on voter registration processes, updating existing registrations, and locating polling places for tenant precincts

Landlords must provide written voter registration information to each tenant who is 18 years or older within 30 days after a lease is entered into

Secretary of state must clearly post materials on its website and review them at least annually to reflect current laws and procedures

Effective date is July 1, 2019, and applies to all lease agreements entered into on or after that date
