Commissioner of Administration shall reserve parking spaces on Capitol grounds, Capitol Approach, State Office Building ramp, and other capitol area locations for legislators and staff during the 91st legislative session, while allowing reasonable public parking access

Senate Rules and Administration Committee and House Rules and Legislative Administration Committee may designate personnel to work with the Commissioner of Administration on parking allocation

Secretary of the Senate and Controller of the House of Representatives may deduct parking fees from legislator and legislative employee paychecks to cover the cost of parking privileges during the 91st session
