House of Representatives may adjourn on April 17, 2020, and reconvene on April 28, 2020, or upon notification to reassemble under specified procedures.

Senate majority leader and House speaker, acting jointly with advance notice to minority leaders, may notify both chambers to reconvene whenever public interest warrants it.

Senate majority leader or House speaker, acting individually with advance notice to relevant leadership, may call separate single-chamber sessions as deemed necessary.

Both chambers consent to each other's adjournment for more than three days until April 28, 2020, including separate sessions under the individual call provisions.
