SF1131 Summary

• Amends the effective date for children's residential treatment payment provisions in Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 6, article 8, sections 71 and 72

• Extends the expiration date for services provided from May 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019, with the new expiration date of July 1, 2019

• Adds a new effective date provision stating the amendments are effective the day following final enactment

• Applies to both section 71 and section 72 of the original 2017 legislation
