Expands State Park Open House Days from one designated day per calendar year to multiple designated days at each Minnesota state park, monument, recreation area, and wayside.

Allows the commissioner to designate one additional day each calendar year as a State Park Open House Day beyond the seven specified holidays (Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve).

Permits the commissioner to designate two consecutive days as State Park Open House Days when the open house is held in conjunction with a special pageant.

Motor vehicles are not required to have a state park permit on designated State Park Open House Days.

Requires the commissioner to announce each State Park Open House Day at least 30 days in advance.
