Requires corn and soybean seed treated with neonicotinoid pesticides to include a cautionary label statement framed in a box with a bee icon stating "Planting seed treated with a neonicotinoid pesticide may negatively impact pollinator health. Please use care when handling and planting this seed"

Adds the neonicotinoid warning label requirement as a mandatory seventh item to existing seed treatment label requirements in Minnesota Statutes section 21.82, subdivision 3

Applies the same neonicotinoid warning label requirement to coated agricultural seeds containing neonicotinoid pesticides by amending subdivision 6

Specifies that the bee icon must be developed by the commissioner
