Eliminates the 100 megawatt capacity limitation on hydroelectric power sources that can satisfy Minnesota's renewable energy standard under Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 216B.1691, subdivision 1.

Removes the phrase "with a capacity of less than 100 megawatts" from the definition of eligible hydroelectric energy technology.

Allows hydroelectric facilities of any size to qualify as eligible renewable energy sources for meeting the state's renewable energy requirements.

Maintains all other renewable energy source definitions including solar, wind, hydrogen, and biomass technologies.
