Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.37, subdivision 2, to allow telemedicine evaluations to satisfy the patient evaluation requirement for prescribing phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (erectile dysfunction medications).

Telemedicine evaluations must meet the documented patient evaluation and examination requirements, as defined in section 147.033, subdivision 1.

Maintains existing prohibitions on pharmacists dispensing invalid prescriptions for erectile dysfunction medications, whether the pharmacy is located within or outside Minnesota.

Preserves all other existing requirements for prescribing controlled substances, muscle relaxants, centrally acting analgesics with opioid activity, and drugs containing butalbital, which still require in-person examinations.

Does not affect other authorized methods of drug dispensing through guidelines, protocols, public health clinics, or expedited partner therapy for sexually transmitted diseases.
