Authorizes law enforcement to use driver's license photographs to locate individuals required to register as predatory offenders under sections 243.166 or 243.167.

Expands the definition of "corrections agent" to include United States Probation and Pretrial Services System employees working with registered offenders.

Requires registered predatory offenders to provide telephone numbers (work, school, home, and cellular) and motor vehicle license plate expiration years as part of registration information.

Modifies verification form procedures by requiring the bureau to "make available" court notification forms to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension instead of "forward" them, and clarifies notification procedures when offenders lack a corrections agent.

Changes frequency of verification forms for certain committed individuals from four times per year to two times per year.
