Requires the commissioner to report the percentage of students who graduated in the previous school year and correctly answered at least 30 of 50 civics test questions on any grade level where the test was administered.

Adds civics test reporting as a new item (8) to the existing school performance reporting requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 120B.36, subdivision 1.

Renumbers subsequent reporting requirements (staff characteristics, enrollment demographics, foster care/homelessness/mobility data, and extracurricular activities) to items 10-13.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
