Establishes a new special veterans license plate for recipients of the Air Medal, inscribed with a facsimile of the medal and bearing the inscription "AIR MEDAL VETERAN" directly below the special plate number.

Adds Air Medal recipient plate designation as a new subsection (m) to Minnesota's existing veterans special license plate provisions in section 168.123, subdivision 2.

Commissioner of Veterans Affairs designs the emblem subject to approval by the Commissioner of Public Safety.

Effective January 1, 2021, and applies to Air Medal veteran special license plates issued on or after that date.
