School districts must allow youth groups of patriotic societies access to public school buildings for two weeks every September to speak to students about their organization.

"Youth group of a patriotic society" is defined as a group or organization serving young people under age 21, including Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts of America, or any other youth group listed as a patriotic society in United States Code, title 36.

Effective for the 2020-2021 school year and all subsequent school years.

Referred to the E-12 Finance and Policy Committee for consideration.
