Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 326B.106, subdivision 4 to add new requirements for adult-size changing facilities in the State Building Code.

Requires installation of adult-size changing facilities on each floor where a restroom accessible to the public exists, either in a unisex restroom or in both men's and women's restrooms.

Adult-size changing facilities must include an adult-size changing table (minimum 24 inches wide by 71 inches long, adjustable to 18-28 inches high, weight-bearing to 350 pounds with safety rail and restraint straps), paper table liners, disinfectant wipes, waste container, nonslip flooring, wall-mounted hooks, shelf, chair for attendant, and signage.
