Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 134A.17 to add authorization for Polk County Law Library to transfer fiscal reserve funds to Polk County

Polk County Law Library may transfer up to half of its fiscal reserve, not to exceed $150,000, if the reserve is projected to sustain operations for over five years

Transferred funds must be used to defray costs of technological improvements to the Polk County Courthouse

Maintains existing authorization for Sherburne County Law Library to transfer up to $200,000 from fiscal reserve for constructing a new building to house the law library and courts

Bill passed the Senate on May 14, 2020, was amended by the House, and the Senate concurred with amendments on May 17, 2020
