Removes "race" from the list of personal information that must be reported on marriage certificates to the state registrar under Minnesota Statutes section 144.223

Renumbers the remaining personal information items on marriage certificate reports (prior marriage history becomes item (iv) and applicant signature/Social Security number becomes item (v))

Requires local registrars and county board designees to delete any space or field requesting applicant race from county marriage license applications

Applies to all 87 registration districts in Minnesota that report marriage data to the state registrar
