Extends the deadline for grain buyers to provide written confirmation of oral or phone contracts from 10 days to 30 days after entering the voluntary extension of credit contract.

Extends the deadline for reducing voluntary extension of credit contracts to writing and obtaining signatures from both buyer and seller from 10 days to 30 days after the date of grain delivery.

Permits grain buyers to use electronic versions of voluntary extension of credit contracts with electronic signatures instead of written paper documents.

Prohibits the simultaneous existence of both electronic and paper voluntary extension of credit contracts for the same lot of grain.
