$11,000,000 appropriated to design, construct, furnish, and equip renovation of the monorail structure as an elevated pedestrian trail at the Minnesota Zoo.

$5,000,000 appropriated to design, construct, furnish, and equip renovation of the animal hospital at the Minnesota Zoo.

$10,000,000 appropriated for capital asset preservation improvements, infrastructure, and exhibits at the Minnesota Zoo, with authority to replace poor condition buildings and construct or renovate trails and roads.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $26,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to provide the appropriated money.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
